Praise the Lord! I finally found a reason to stay in BF NJ. Pencil rubbings
of the data plate, a few forms to fill out, sales tax and a Form 97 gets
me titles. $33.50 gets me antinque/historical plates, a one time fee. No
inspection, no CDL. Of course it is illegal for me to go driving around
for casual drives. Chit happens, I drive.
