That still lets an inconsiderate individual off the hook for his actions.
What every one of us must do is file the message & when he returns, we
each send him a message that says: :"STOP PUTTING THIS TYPE MESSAGE ON
THE LIST".
By the time he gets done deleting all of them, he should have gotten the
message.
