Are you buying from an individual or a dealer?
Do you have a receipt for it?
Are you using a shipping agent?
Are you going there to prepurchase and also oversee the loading (container)?
Where do you live relative to costal ports?
Can your yard accept a tractor trailer?
Do you have an unloading ramp for same?
... etc., etc.
Much of this will be sorted out for you if you are using a shipping agent.
