Hi all,
I'm looking to purchase a M274 A2 (optimal), A3, or A4 in good running
condition and pretty much complete. I do not want a show quality vehicle
or one that has every single doodad from NOS supply (hehe... unless it is
going for cheap <g>). What will get my interest is a good reconditioned
engine, a deck that is in solid shape, nothing more than surface rust (if
even that), and at least decent tires (narrow or wide). If it has
electric start, decent paint job, and no serious modifications, those are
pluses. I plan on using (and NOT abusing) this MULE around my woodlot
where my Weasel can get to, but I don't want any more projects (see below
my name!)
The only other condition is that it be somewhere in the Northeastern US.
I want to see this thing in person, or at least have it be located near
someone I can have go and look it over. I might be willing to toss Ohio
into the mix, but it will have to be spot on in all regards.
I know MULEs are fairly easy to find, but the ones I am aware of either
don't sound like what I want or are too far away. So I am hoping there
is someone out there that knows of one that is more on target. Seller
must be able to provide recent photos as I don't have time for wild goose
chases. If I find what I have described, at a reasonable price, it is a
done deal.
