Maybe not with the weight being 1500 lbs, might have taken some time to make
it light enough to use elsewhere, just a guess.

Even more amazing is that Ford went from a shaft driven dual OHC hemi-head 4
valves per cyl V8 back to the primative flathead V8 after the war!!!!!
