The TM 9-2320-209-35P ( Oct. 1962 ) that I have shows this as :
ANTENNA: trailer air brake hose and harness ( 7061356 )
FSN # 2530-706-1356.
In civy street this is also known as a "pogo stick". You could try
your local heavy truck dealer. i.e. Mack, Peterbuilt, Freightliner etc.
