Hey all:

Got my m35 inspected today (With the help of list member and trouble maker
Ron) and there are a couple of ill omens....

1- The oil presure guage at idle sits about 30-35 responsive to eng speed,
when you run it for a while on the highway and hills it drops to 5-10 (I saw
it less tonight when I took it out to get some bolts. (A civilian asked me
why I drove to the Home Despot <SP Intentional> in a 13,000 lb truck to get
a box of 1/4-20s, my answer is " Because I can" <G>).

Please tell me that this is probably because of a bas sender or guage, and
the oil presure is fine: Or tell me the truth <G> that the engine is toast.

2- There is antifreaze blowing out of some unsean creves on the back of the
engine and coating the undercvarriage and even blowing intothe cab thru some
joint on the floorboards. Any ideas before I rip down the engine????

3- The Eng temp after being on a hard run sits about 230-240. Is this
normal? Could the thermastat be stuck???

Thanks in advance,

Hank
