Reverse the # 17 & 18 wires and plugs.
# 17 is high beam, # 18 is low beam. # 91 is ground.
You can take the headlights out or
( I'm not sure of this since I have a 151A2 )
reverse the connections where the wires go into
the headlight pots in the engine compartment.
