Differences between M1008 and M1028

Could anyone point out the differences between the M1008 and the M1028. I
know that the M1028 is called the "shelter carrier". As far as I know the
M1008 has the same weight rating as the M1028. I'm in the process of buying
an M1008 for carrying my GRC-142A shelter and if there are some differences
between the two trucks, I'd like to "upgrade" the M1008 at least to resemble
the M1028 features.
If there is a TM which shows the M1028 vs. the M1008?
