It should come out of the UK with a London and Birmingham Proof House
de-activation certificate, when they de-activate it they really do a number
on them being to a UK govt spec in a country where guns are not allowed.

This is apparently not recognised by the US authorities and they want even
more done, in a country where they do allow guns, strange.
