Problem: Defective regulator (half moon circuit board model ) Found in M
series 151
Has anyone tried to replace it by mounting a modern day type regulator in
it's place.
If so, what type and part number.
Is this alternator "A" type or "B" type?
If it can be done, regulators are a lot less expensive than to ship it out
for rebuild.
Any information you have experienced will be appreciated.
