Has anyone solved the problem of leaking fuel from around the gas tank filler
tube.
I have:
1. Replaced rubber gasket with new rubber. ( new gasket swells after a while )
2. Replaced rubber gasket with cork type.
3. Polished the filler tube.
4. Operated vehicle with cap vent opened and closed position.
5. Bent cap tabs for a tighter fit.
6. Replaced with new cap.
7. Fill tank to only half full.
I have three tanks. They all leak, especially when taking a right turn.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
