According the the article(s) I've read, *any* diesel engine should be
able to run on the BioDiesel fuels made from vegetable oils, fryer
fat, etc. The resulting fuels aren't just filtered oils; they're
chemically processed a bit to turn them into usable fuel. At least one
do-it-himselfer has managed to make the stuff at home. If anybody is
willing to risk trying the stuff in their deuce, with or without the
fuel density compensator bypassed, I'd sure like to hear about the
results!
