the contracts already are there.i did some research and found out the
company that has most of the restaurants covered here charges them to remove
the stuff and then ships it across the border and sells it to a processing
plant that makes Biodiesel that gets sold to california.It isn't always
called biodiesel either.Green diesel,super diesel etc and some aren't 100%
either but cut with regular diesel.If you want to do it yourself then you
have to make an arrangement with the independent owners of a restaurant
otherwise you are moving in on Mafia turf:)
