Clearly the nations which harbor terrorists did not learn from history. I'm
certain some of the will be repeating some words said on December 7, 1941:

Admiral Yamamoto, leader of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December
7, 1941, said after the attack that he feared they had "awakened a sleeping
giant".
