This could be gun control at its finest! "Significant Military Equipment"
would appear, to me, to be a backdoor term that could be interpreted to mean
"anything that might, at some time, in some form, be used by military
personnel to prosecute a war or to defend the United States". It sounds like
any firearm would fit the description as well as MV's. If you think about
it, it makes sense. Who would have thought that "equal protection under the
law" would eventually result in elementary school students spending several
hours each day riding a bus to "achieve racial balance"?
We worry about our MV's, and some of us ignore other issues altogether.
Freedom exists on a continuum, and we must resist encroachments upon our
freedom(s), no matter whose ox is being gored.
I am unable to post to the list due to system problems which I am presently
working on. If you would like to post this, I would think that was
wonderful; but, please, give me some credit. Thank you, and keep 'em rolling.
