Unfortunately, about as far off base as you can get (to this discussion).
Any rules-of-thumb relevant to the 'vette world will just cause further
confusion when dealing with Deuces with marginal diesel engines and
limited driveline choices. We can venture only so far from the GI norms or
else big trouble.
