Premise #1: Let us assume that the term "Yankee Ingenuity" does not exclude
our bretheren from below the Mason-Dixon Line.

Step #1: MVPA or equivalent forms the "Tahitian Historic Military Vehicle
Museum"

Step #2: Museum appoints Trustees in the thousands.

Step #3: Every owner of a vehicle destined to be confiscated donates the
vehicle and turns over the title to the Museum.

Step #4: The Museum, recognizing that it would be an insurmountable task to
store, maintain and exhibit its collection, assigns each Trustee with the
task of storing, maintaining, and exhibiting each piece of equipment. Every
Trustee is assigned the vehicle(s) he/she donated.

Membership fee to reflect registration and insurance fees incurred by the
Museum.

Respectfully Submitted
Arthur P. Bloom,
Head Scammer, Tahitian HMV Museum.
