I appreciate your concern. However, if it were to happen to me, there is
small claims court. I would not air it out on usenet or a mail list. Just
doesn't seem appropriate. I am not really into businesses on mail listings.
I thought this was a forum for information on the vehicles we know and
love. Not selling them.

You are partially right...but - this is MV related dirty laundry..Carl has a
long track record of "swindling" MV buyers and MV Radio buyers..ALL should
know that he is up to his old tricks and the only way to get him to make
things right is to expose him to the list again. It (he) has been hung out
to dry several times on the list..If you find it disturbing..buy something
from him..then see how it feels to get screwed..Gene
