Before I retired from the Army in 1995 I was told something similar to this
as a "True Story". A PsyOps unit supposedly used loud speakers on
helicopters to broadcast that the U.S. Army had 50,000 body bags made out of
pig skin to bury all dead Iraqi dead in and then they started surrendering
in mass.
