Ok, this gentleman asked me what the oath(s) consists of. Seems pretty
straight forward. Here they are:

United States Code
TITLE 10 - ARMED FORCES
Subtitle A - General Military Law
PART II - PERSONNEL
CHAPTER 31 - ENLISTMENTS
Sec. 502.

Enlistment oath: who may administer

Each person enlisting in an armed force shall take the following oath:

''I, _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support
and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,
foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the
same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States
and the orders of the
officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of
Military Justice. So help me God.''

This oath may be taken before any commissioned officer of any armed force.

The Oath Of Office taken by Commisioned Officers is this:

United States Code
TITLE 5 - GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION AND EMPLOYEES
PART III - EMPLOYEES
Subpart B - Employment and Retention
CHAPTER 33 - EXAMINATION, SELECTION, AND PLACEMENT
SUBCHAPTER II - OATH OF OFFICE

Sec. 3331. Oath of office

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of
honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the
following oath:

''I, _____________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and
defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign
and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I
take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of
evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the
office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.''

This section does not affect other oaths required by law.
