Not all truckers are clueless, just those that create the racket on a
uphill residential stretch. You have to see it to believe it. The hill is
enough to bring anything to zero, but 30mph is what you want when you
reach the top. And the problem is with thru truckers at 2am.

I'm sure Jake, Inc could muffle the system output with an extra muffler if
they wanted to. The extra muffling would actually increase the braking
effect.
