They (Taliban) had a choice and three times they choose to side with the
terrorists and bin Laden. That's their choice and they can die with it.
On the home front we should be absolutely intolerant of those few, but vocal,
self loathing Americans who aide and abet the enemy with their hate rhetoric
and new grabbing protests!
The very free speech those types will abuse allows us to counter their
distractions with highly vocal support for our country. Time to get
involved. Meet them head on and don't let their protests go unanswered.
Speaking of that, I'm going out today in a few minutes with a US flag and a
sign that simply says, "I support the USA." You might think this is silly,
but I'm going to stand on the sidewalk off Mangrove Ave near the Army
recruiters. The last time I did this I had 300 plus people show up in about
two hours time. We showed our support in a very positive way.
It was solemn, responsible and it got a lot of media attention at just the
right time when we needed it.
There is also another message when we do things like this: It says as
Americans we not only support our government and taking the war to the enemy,
but we're not afraid to assemble and we don't give a rats ass as about
terrorist threats. Let them do their worst, we can take it!
