I do know that they have made mistakes at DMRO and Gov Auctions. I recall
that they were after Jack Tomlin in UT once as they sold him some stuff,
later to accuse him of stealing it. Jack produced an invoice on the parts
and the DOD bought it back. I remember also that a scrap dealer in
Pocatello bought some parts out of INEL that were sensitive and this made
60 minutes. Both these were apparently errors on the part of the
government. This still does not give them the right to draft a bill so
broad threat it puts our collections in jeopardy.
