WAHOO!!! I'm painting!!!! Actual progress on the restoration of my
MB! Now for the question. I've applied a red oxide primer (from spray
cans) & put on two solid coats (waited about 3 hrs between coats). I'm
using 4 parts Gillespie to 1 part Zylene. How many coats do y'all recommend?

P.S. Hmmm, learn something new every day. I wore gloves, but I'd recommend
newbies wear a long sleeve shirt. I look like I've got martian arms!
