I used the stuff on the M38, 2 were recommended, I used 4.
The tank had lots of pin holes.
Did 2 coats in 2 days.
Used the kit with the chemicals, have the instructions in my Email files if
you need em.
It worked well, however in retrospect I wish I had taken the time to plug
the holes with JB Weld or something first.
I used Duck tape on the gauge and sender holes and a 4 folded trash bag
wrapped with a tarp strap on the neck.
Eastwoods has a kit and single bottles http://www.eastwoodco.com/

Subject: [MV] Gas Tank

Hey;
       I'm trying to fix my Mutt gas tank. Just need to know if any one has
used the gas tank sealer from JC Whitney and is it worth it. ($30.00) Any
ideas on the easiest way to get the rust out? Am I supposed to use a rust
inhibitor before the gas tank sealer?
