LOGSA Now Locked Out Starting Today? All Docs Forbidden?

Hi List...

I posted a message about this a little while ago, and several of you
answered back saying that you are unable to access files too.

Is this a new thing starting today? I was able to access files last
night up until about 2 AM before I went to bed.

This morning, no docs are available. They get listed in the search,
but when you try to access them it displays the FORBIDDEN message.
