  Well now we may have a smidge of confusion here ...

   Vehicle blackout lights are one thing but you ask
  any aviation type what "follow me lights" are and
  they will answer the lighted "follow me" bolted on
  the back of the ground vehicle that leads an aircraft
  off the runway and over to its spot on the tarmac..
