Hi all
    Certain disreputable dealers have been known to smack it into four wheel
drive then disconnect the rod between fwd lever and front axle. Goes very
well so long as you don't put it on the off road course! Some drivers never
notice the difference. Its a bit like all those Range Rovers in Sloane Sq
whose owners don't really know what the diff lock switch does.
