Jack,

Just a thought. Is it possible that GL is monitoring the List? As far as I
know, there are something like 900 members of this List. At guess, I would
say that only about 100-150 actually post to it. I wouldn't be surprised if
GL is a "lurker". It would be a good way for them to get a feel for what the
MV community thinks about them, MV prices, surplus availability, etc. Not a
conspiracy theory, just a possibility.

Of course, all of the above is null and void if GL actually told you that
someone had sent a copy of your message to them.

John

Subject: [MV] PS to conversation with GL

Re: Poor communications with Global Liquidators - I sent an email to the MV
group with a phone conversation I had with them to illustrate my frustration
seeking MV information.

Yesterday I recieved an e-mail from Global Liquidators that read:

Dear Jack,

I would to discuss the conversation below. You can call me at the number
below or I would be willing to call you. Let me know which you would
prefer.

Sincerely,

Heath W. Norton
Manager, Customer Relations
480-609-3279

The funny part is I didn't send him a copy of my conversation, someone on
the list took it upon themselves to do that.

This was done without the customary courtesy of asking my permission or
notifying me in advance. I'm a little surprised someone here would do that.
For now I'll assume it was done with good intentions, but The problem I have
with this "help" should be obvious:

This limits my options how I might choose to deal with Global Liquidators as
I see fit.

Of course I stand behind my statements. I'm now waiting for GL to call me
back after I spent another buck to call them as requested. I got Mr.
Norton's voice mail and left him a message to call me... I'm still waiting.

I have to mention one other thing, not that the two things may be related,
but somebody from this list sent me a real hate filled e-mail off list
regarding cops and making the most absurd accusations about law enforcement
and saying something about being a Libertarian. They hid behind a blind
e-mail, "Nobody@nobody.net"

Maybe it was just a coincidence, but since then my e-mail has been filling
up with pornography emails with one common thread, "Below is the result of
your feedback form." Remember, we just had that guy "PSherry1" who flipped
out after he was signed up to the list presumably by a prankster. Now I am
signed up from some feedback form. I'm blocking my emails now, so I'm not
bothered by it any further.

Wondering if we have someone the list who is a nut case?

There must be a way to identify and get rid some fool that abuses this chat
circle. Any suggestions what we can do about it would be appreciated.
