Mesowax (in green) for external proofing and clear Fabsil for anti-mildew.
They are a British company but with US and Canadian distributors -
whether they are close enough to you is something else.
As an aside I had to freshen-up some white camo covers and was advised to
use ordinary white vinyl matt emulsion paint to do it (by the local canvas
/ truck sheet chap) I was a bit dubious but it worked well.
