Hi all.. and Gene,
I never received any call from Gene saying he needed help. Now I see that
he feels he has a problem. I would appreciate as any business man would to
have the person or company that is having problems contact me directly to
help resolve an issue. I have done just that for many on this list with
positive results. I do not feel that any of us are well served by someone
getting off on an individual or company. Make a good effort to contact
that individual or company before mailing the list with a personal problem.
All listers I did call Gene and I did talk with Gene as was suggested a few
weeks ago. We had a good talk and I understand that Gene is interested in
buying close to home (Fort Carson) as all of you are interested in buying
close to your home. Next week I will make the NEW website available to ALL
LISTERS for testing purposes. You will find that many of the concerns you
have with the website will be resolved.

Hi all..and GL...!!
I just spent hours trying to get the list from an auction at Fort Carson,
CO.
The list is not up and running yet..the auction opens Monday and closes
Tuesday..this coming week. !?? What a way to run an auction.. Trying to
find anything on their system stinks.. How the heck..and why don't they
make
it easy.. If I want to find the listings for Fort Carson..why is that they
don't have a "FORT CARSON" listing..as they should for all the Bases.??
These guys need to get their stuff together.. Yeah -- they do sort of have
a
listing by base..but - it stinks.. Come on GL..get it together..! Gene
