The issue is not "your right to gripe" but rather how you go about it.
Freedom of speech is one thing but making inflammatory, inaccurate
accusations about another business or person is irresponsible and rude
and borders on slander. It is clear from your preference to continue to
rant and rave about GL, when they have addressed all of your complaints,
that you prefer to whine and cry rather than behave like an adult. Also
it amazes me that you state you have written programs for the military
but can't negotiate a simple web site?
