Nope. It varies by state. In Oregon it's 65 for cars, 55 for trucks. In Washington,
it's 70 for cars and 60 for trucks. Some states it's as high as 75 for cars.
Enforcement varies, too. On most Interstate highways in Oregon, you can get away with
70-72mph without getting pulled over.
