ACTUALLY I HAVE SENT SEVERAL LETTERS AND MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS TO HELP GL
CONSTRUCTIVELY ADDRESS A FEW OF THE PROBLEMS
.....BUT IF IT DOESN'T AFFECT YOU IT MAY NOT BE OF INTEREST TO YOU
