WC and M37 Front and rear axle parts interchangeably

Hello I have a Canadian Dodge APT ,1945 (a WC 53 clone) and I need to know
if there is much in the way of interchange ability between the parts for the
M37 and WC front and rear axles? I know some of the part # don't jive but is
it because the M37 parts ,though the same, are of newer materials and thus
different part numbers?
