M561 de-mil procedure questions

I'm eyeing a Goat here in town and am wondering
which cuts I'm looking at are de-mil and which
are from it's previous lives.

There is a hole cut into the cargo area in the
front, high up on the wall, presumably so that
it won't float?

What else to look for on these?
