Part 2 - Another Jeep into the Fold

Hello Allen, I'm in upstate NY near Syracuse.
As for my latest jeep it is an agri-jeep with 3 seperate data plates and as
well as the plate on the frame
It has a foot start button. It is columm shift and did have the PTO and rear
output. Although they have just been taken off. The rear frame is bad...
lots of new steel and rebuilding of the frame / tub needed
I already have someone interested.
For all intents, this is quite an uncommon find. The jeep needs a lot of
work to restore it to a driveable condition.
I also realise that's there weren't a lot of these War Tubbed, CJs built
during '45 / '46. The columm shift is a really a neat unit I do have a spare
colummshift and tranny here also.
However, I have been thinking about moving some of these jeeps from my
fold... Hhhmmm!

idiot, I sold them ten years back ,ever since then I have kicked myself for
doing that and tried to find one that I could afford, not easy, i'm a

...sell me one of yours, the latest one for instance, the jeep would have
a good home.

>G'day Rob,
If what you have is indeed an AgriJeep, then it is very rare I believe.
Fred Coldwell is the expert on them, try him at Vintimage@qwest.net (I
think this is correct).
