Gene,

Here is a good one... An invoice was mailed to you for Sales Event SB629 in
Fort Riley, because we do not have a fax number on file for you.
Second.... you have an ONLINE invoice on our website which was posted for
your review March 26th, the day after the sale closed.

Gene in the future please check the website the day after the sale. Click
on MY ACCOUNT, then click on LOTS WON to see your invoice. You can also
click on MY BID HISTORY to see the bids you placed.

To All On The List,

I feel that we offered very good customer service to Gene by giving him a
personal phone call in addition to mailing him an invoice informing him of
his winnings, and posting his winnings on the website. As I have said many
times in the past "Pick up the phone and call when you have a personal
problem that does not involve members on this list". I am happy to talk
with you at anytime.
