I used them on my M38A1 but just for liability. They told me that they
would only value the vehicle at it's depreciated value (aka "Scrap"). They
will not make adjustments for its refurbished value. And yes, I too had to
deal with the ignorant telephone agents as well.
As a customer of their's for 25 years, I can't rate them very well. Its
just that their competition seems to suck even more.
