Hi all,

I believe this is an early CJ2 engine. I had planned to use it in a WWII
jeep restoration that didn't happen.

Identifiers include:
Cast in Head: " WILLYS" & "JEEP", along with firing order and valve
adjustment info.
Cast in Engine Block Passenger Side: "638632-W4 A N1-CR"
Stamped on boss near oil filler tube: "241383" (perhaps the last digit is an 8)

Engine can be turned by hand
Bell housing included
Has intake and exhaust manifolds
Has fuel filter and pump
Has distributor, but I'm betting it will need to be replaced...

I have not run it... don't know it's mechanical condition.

It's located in Lake Forest, Southern California. I could help transport
it a reasonable distance (read hour or so drive).

And it's listed on Ebay with no reserve:
