I bought mine from Jeff at Front Line Military in PA.
His add is in Supply Line.

Subject: [MV] Wondering About Availability of CUCV M1009 OD Canvas Seat
Overcovers...

Hi List...

I have a pair of original GI OD canvas overcovers on my "M1007" (my
CUCV "M1007" Suburban has M1009 seats in it, not the M1008 bench
seat).

These covers are two piece...one piece slips over the top back of the
seat, and another piece slips onto the bottom of the seat, then you
run straps around the seat and attach the velcro. Easy on, easy off
and they stay put.

Mine are starting to deteriorate, and I'd like to replace them.

Does anyone know of a source for these OD canvas overcovers, either
NOS or reproductions? There was an NSN number on the inside of one of
them that I can go check if it helps.

Did the government ever issue a back seat canvas overcover of this
style?

They are really nice in both summer and winter because you are
protected from the vinyl seat material. Plus the olive drab canvas
looks much nicer than the brown/reddish original material. Plus, they
keep the original vinyl on the seats in perfect condition!

Thank you for any info!
