I found TM 9-3830-206-34P on the ETM site, but couldn't find any of the other TM 9-3830-206-** . Do any exist? TM 9-8617 wasn't there either. From the shortness of the number I assume it is old. Does anyone know of anywhere else to download a copy?

TM 9-3830-206-34P does have a diagram of all the parts of the winch.
