Sand Paper and paint I had the same marks and skipped the sand paper and
they came through the paint as rust later those marking pens really mean
permanent when they say permanent. I had DRMO written all over my trailer
with All kinds of NSN numbers and Depot names all four sides it was a mess I
think it reacts to UV (sunlight) and burns into the paint.
