How can I tell what type of brake fluid is in my truck? The fluid in one
truck is clear and red and looks new. The fluid in the other truck looks the
same in the front reservoir section as the first truck but the fluid in the
back section looks mixed or otherwise contaminated. It is clear in color but
hazy and coagulated. Are the different types of brake fluid color coded? Or
is there some other way to tell?
