Hey were splitting hairs if someone want to drive cocktail weenies go for it
and as for homebuilt tanks I am sure you can find a home built demilled M1
cocktail weenie forum and as for your local DMV licensing a M1 or M60 for
the road hah you go buy one and try it and if you can build one from scratch
more power too you. don't forget the wide load signs.
As for driving IT IS a privilege. I do not need to quote anybody its plain
common sense you screw up you lose your privilege to drive period if you are
caught driving without a license they can take time off your privilege to
walk freely in society.
Laws are not put in place so you can obey them if you feel like it laws are
enforced at such time an officer of the court or other governing body feels
you broke the law you can spend all day talking interpretation but it does
not mean sh#* if someone crosses the line and gets caught the courts will
interpret your situation in a case by case trial system with a jury of your
peers. You have the right to remain silent and a lawyer of your choosing who
will plea bargain you out of jail and return some of your privileges back.
Have you ever bought a military Vehicle at Auction or even a Tent there are
forms before during and after the auction.
Some have fine print many people do not do auctions because of all the fine
print and hoops to jump through its a hassle.
There are least two public law enforcement officers on this list that I
personally know guys what's your take on the driving privilege argument is
it my right to drive or my privilege to drive after I pass the tests and
prove my ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and use the public roads
in a law abiding way.

Dave
