I recently looked at an older 5-Ton Cargo truck that has been modified
as a tractor with a welded in place 5th wheel. It's exact variant is
unknown as the data plate was missing. The reason I ask is that it has a
rather large Cummins Diesel engine installed that I have seen in other
military 5-tons. What is the designation of this motor? What are the
performance Specs and would it fit in an M35A2 that currently has an
LDT-465-1C motor? Thanks, Bob
