this is the best and easiest way........however put trans in 5th makes
it even easier to turn as is will be a reduction. BUT, if the fuel
injection head was removed without first lining up the TWO timing
references that are part of the pump, and if the engine was turned after
removing the head you will need to know a whole lot more than just how
to turn the engine!!
