I added both of these members to my spam filter as disallowed had no choice.
I repeatedly receive email from the list bot warning me that my email
address is unreachable so I know I am missing some emails and some are not
getting to the list anyone else with this problem?

Cannot rely on the archives as they are not being updated regularly the
admin is too busy with his life which I understand sometimes there is no
time for life outside of projects.
