That's a complex question, depends on the temperature of the battery as well. A fully charged 12V battery will have 12.6 to 12.7 volts at room temperature (no charger connected and after setling from
a charge). Voltages can also differ depending on exact formulation of the battery, i.e. Delco as opposed to Interstate brands.

There is also a difference between the charge and float voltages. 14.4V is a typical charging voltage, a trickle or float voltage would be lower.
